We can provide full scale Project Management for large projects, such as office relocations, reconstructions, downsizing, reconfigurations and more. We are also happy to help manage smaller projects, such as single office buildouts, carpeting replacement, or ergonomics reviews.

Contract Design has many years of experience providing outsource solutions in all phases of Facilities Management and Maintenance. All of our Project Management work is fully documented, reported and maintained with a goals system designed to keep our clients informed every step of the way. For projects involving Space Planning, our full services CAD (Computer Aided Design) department can provide a full visual representation of your end result, before it happens.

For maintenance or storage needs that go beyond your facility, Contract Design has both the warehouse space and the tools to bring it in-house.
